Job DescriptionOur Client, Nepal Breweries is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Brand to lead the brand vision, market positioning, and growth strategy of our brewery. This is a leadership role responsible for building a powerful beer brand in Nepal’s competitive market.
Prior experience in a brewery or alcoholic beverage industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall brand strategy, positioning, and communication
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Drive volume growth, market share, and brand equity
- Manage product portfolio (lager, strong, premium, craft variants, etc.)
- Oversee packaging, label design, and brand identity
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns
- Build strong trade marketing and distribution support programs
- Work closely with sales, production, and leadership teams
- Manage agencies, budgets, and marketing ROI
- Lead consumer insights, research, and innovation pipeline
Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience in a brewery / beer / alcoholic beverage company
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing & brand leadership
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands
- Strong understanding of Nepali beer market, pricing, and distribution dynamics
- Experience in launching new products and managing portfolios
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong creative instinct with commercial acumen
- Someone who understands both mass + premium beer segments
- Ability to create a distinct Nepali brand identity
- Hands-on leader who can execute, not just strategize
- Deep understanding of on-trade & off-trade channels
