Our Client, Nepal Breweries is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Brand to lead the brand vision, market positioning, and growth strategy of our brewery. This is a leadership role responsible for building a powerful beer brand in Nepal’s competitive market.

Prior experience in a brewery or alcoholic beverage industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall brand strategy, positioning, and communication
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
  • Drive volume growth, market share, and brand equity
  • Manage product portfolio (lager, strong, premium, craft variants, etc.)
  • Oversee packaging, label design, and brand identity
  • Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Build strong trade marketing and distribution support programs
  • Work closely with sales, production, and leadership teams
  • Manage agencies, budgets, and marketing ROI
  • Lead consumer insights, research, and innovation pipeline

Job Specification

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in a brewery / beer / alcoholic beverage company
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing & brand leadership
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands
  • Strong understanding of Nepali beer market, pricing, and distribution dynamics
  • Experience in launching new products and managing portfolios
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong creative instinct with commercial acumen
