Position: Sales and Marketing Associate
Mandala Foods is looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Associate to help bring our fruit-based products to more schools, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and health-conscious consumers. We transform surplus and imperfect fruits into nutritious products that make better use of local produce while creating convenient food solutions for schools and food businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, pitching products, and helping a growing food brand expand in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new clients, including schools, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries.
- Pitch our products as healthy meal options for students and premium ingredients for chefs and bakers.
- Build a network of health-conscious customers through direct sales and community engagement.
- Conduct product demos and tastings at schools, cafés, and fitness centers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and manage client orders and payments.
Marketing & Outreach
- Promote the nutritional benefits and reduced food waste mission of our products.
- Help organize promotional stalls at schools, food festivals, and local markets.
- Gather feedback from chefs, parents, and health-conscious consumers to help improve our product range.
- Assist with simple social media updates to engage our healthy living community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in food, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, professional personality.
- Highly organized and motivated to meet sales goals.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid license is preferred.
