Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and handle all inquiries in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints, issues, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services to enhance satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with customers to improve retention and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives.
- Visit banks and financial institutions to promote company products, build relationships, and explore business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on customer issues, satisfaction levels, and service performance.
- Support marketing and sales teams in customer engagement activities and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer database/CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethics.
