Customer Relationship Officer

Requirement: 1

Station: Corporate Office (Kedia International)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and handle all inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints, issues, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services to enhance satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with customers to improve retention and loyalty.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Visit banks and financial institutions to promote company products, build relationships, and explore business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer issues, satisfaction levels, and service performance.
  • Support marketing and sales teams in customer engagement activities and campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements – Customer Relationship Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer database/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethics.
