Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Assistant to support our recruitment operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to placement.


Qualifications

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for UK job roles.

2. Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and UK clients.
  • Provide interview preparation and guidance to candidates.

3. Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Client Coordination

  • Work closely with the UK recruitment team or clients to understand job requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Submit qualified candidates in a timely manner.

5. Database & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
  • Update candidate status and notes regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 month – 1 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Experience in UK recruitment or international recruitment will be an advantage.


Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment tools.


Other Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
