The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic staff. Daily responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting product information, answering inquiries, and ensuring consistent follow-up to build strong relationships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to manage orders, monitor stock levels, handle customer concerns, and provide accurate documentation. The Medical Sales Representative will also stay updated on medical product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to support sales strategies and achieve assigned targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales and healthcare product promotion skills, with the ability to meet sales targets ethically.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and respond to their needs.
- Foundational understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy to explain product features, indications, and usage accurately.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and maintain organized records of visits and sales activities.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages and basic English, along with familiarity with standard office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within Nepalganj and nearby areas as required by the role.
