Job Description
Dharohar Consultant & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer (Female Preferred) to expand our business network, identify new opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support company growth in the construction and consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, and related sectors. -Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. -Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and management teams for project opportunities.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain records of client communication, leads, and business activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Relationship Management (construction industry preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of construction market and project bidding will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting. Preferred Candidate:
