Vacancy Announcement – Sales Closer & Appointment Setter

Location: Maharajgunj, Kathmandu | Onsite, Monday – Friday (5 Days Workweek)

About Company

Provides virtual assistant, digital, and business support services to UK-based clients. We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Closer & Appointment Setter to support international client campaigns by handling warm leads, making follow-up calls, setting appointments, and closing enrolments over the phone.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 Days Workweek)


Working Hours (Important – Please Check Before Applying):


* 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Nepal Time) during UK Winter

* 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Nepal Time) during UK Summer (Daylight Saving Time)


Note: Our office follows the working schedule of our UK client.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead Follow-Up & Prospect Engagement – Contact warm inbound leads generated through Facebook and Instagram campaigns, respond promptly to enquiries, and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.

* Sales Closing & Conversion – Conduct phone-based sales conversations, present course offerings confidently, and convert qualified prospects into enrolled students.

* Appointment Setting & Discovery Calls – Qualify prospective students, schedule discovery calls where required, and ensure appointments are properly coordinated and attended.

* Cold Lead Re-Engagement – Reconnect with dormant, uncontacted, or previously inactive leads to maximize conversion opportunities and generate additional enrolments.

* Objection Handling & Consultative Selling – Address concerns relating to pricing, timing, suitability, and commitment while building trust and guiding prospects towards informed decisions.

* CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, update CRM systems, track sales activities, and ensure the sales pipeline remains organised and up to date.

* Relationship Building – Establish strong rapport with UK-based prospects through professional communication, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.

* Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare and submit regular reports on calls completed, appointments booked, enrolments achieved, conversion rates, and overall pipeline performance.

* Target Achievement & Sales Performance – Work towards enrolment, appointment-setting, and conversion targets while maintaining high levels of productivity and follow-up consistency.

* Process Improvement & Best Practices – Continuously refine sales approaches, follow-up strategies, and communication techniques to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner.

• Proven experience in phone-based sales and closing.

• Experience handling warm inbound leads from Facebook or Instagram ads.

• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated, target-focused, and comfortable working independently.

• Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-ups.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in beauty, education, course sales, coaching, or training sales.

• Familiarity with discovery calls and consultative selling.

• Experience using VoIP systems, UK phone numbers, CRM tools, or call-tracking platforms.
