What You’ll Do

  • Rescue Lost Opportunities: Handle abandoned cart follow-ups, win-backs, and subscription recoveries to keep customers coming back.
  • Upsell with Empathy: Spot the perfect moment to introduce product bundles, cross-sells, or upgrades naturally during chats and calls.
  • Guide the Journey: Engage buyers over chat, email, phone, and SMS to solve product inquiries and remove friction before they hit buy.
  • Master the Backend: Use Shopify and advanced CRM tools to modify, update, and fix order data on the fly.
  • Collaborate & Win: Partner with internal teams to share shopping behavior insights and maximize sales conversions.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales or customer support experience.
  • Prior experience working within a digital retail/storefront ecosystem (handling upselling, subscription renewals, or cart recovery).
  • Persuasive, highly conversational communication skills—you know how to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with digital hubs like Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is a major asset.
  • A goal-oriented individual who loves hitting targets and working independently.

Technical Requirements

  • A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
  • A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
  • A quiet, professional workspace for customer calls.
