Role Description The Senior Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role focuses on advising customers on product selection, providing detailed information about leather quality, care, and customization options, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The Senior Counselor will guide clients through the product range, respond to inquiries, handle customer concerns, and support sales and after-sales services. The role also involves mentoring junior staff on customer service standards, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and collaborating with production and sales teams to address customer feedback. The Senior Counselor is expected to uphold the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service and counseling skills, including the ability to understand client needs, offer tailored advice, and handle queries and concerns professionally.
• Sales and retail experience, preferably in fashion, leather goods, or related industries, with the ability to guide customers through product features and benefits.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Organizational and documentation skills for maintaining customer records, tracking inquiries, and supporting follow-up actions.
• Leadership or mentoring experience to support and guide junior team members in delivering consistent service quality.
• Knowledge of leather products, materials, and care, or willingness to learn and develop expertise in this domain.
• Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, including flexibility to support peak business hours as needed.
• Relevant educational background in counseling, business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience .
