Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, providing personalized product recommendations
- Demonstrate product usage and maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and overall store presentation
- Address customer queries, returns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Support inventory management and coordinate with the team on stock requirements
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and brand standards within the store
- Education: We value relevant retail or sales experience; formal education is appreciated but not a limitation for the right candidate
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or customer-facing roles is preferred
