Team members work in a dynamic digital environment, collaborating to improve tools and services that power online advertising growth.Role Description The Publisher Manager role at Adsaro is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The Publisher Manager will oversee relationships with web and app publishers, ensuring effective monetization through programmatic advertising solutions. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new publishers, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing ad placements, and resolving operational issues. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as ad operations and account management to align publisher strategies with overall business goals. The Publisher Manager will also identify growth opportunities, provide guidance on best practices, and support publishers in increasing revenue and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in online advertising or ad tech, particularly in programmatic advertising, publisher management, or ad operations.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, track performance, and optimize campaigns for revenue and engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with publishers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of web and mobile app monetization models, ad networks, SSPs, and related technologies.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools and platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or ad management systems).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple publisher accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the digital advertising landscape in South Asia or global markets is an advantage.
