- Build and maintain strong client relationships through structured follow-ups, timely responses, and accurate order/support coordination.
- Perform market research & analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, pricing signals, and customer buying patterns.
- Support sales planning by preparing weekly/monthly sales reports, territory updates, and performance forecasts for leadership.
