Job Description
  • Visit assigned retail and wholesale customers to introduce products, share availability, and support sales growth
  • Maintain customer-wise records, update product demand, and report sales activity through the assigned reporting system
  • Support order processing by coordinating product availability with internal teams and ensuring correct order details
  • Deliver on-time customer service by resolving basic product and service queries and escalating issues when needed
  • Promote product offers and distributor promotions, ensuring correct information is provided to customers
  • Assist in achieving monthly targets by planning daily routes, managing follow-ups, and improving conversion from inquiry to order
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to support repeat purchases and long-term business continuity

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent qualification) with willingness to start in field sales
  • Freshers with practical exposure through internships, campus projects, or part-time retail/sales work in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to perform Product Sales activities such as product pitching, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets in the distributor channel
  • Customer Service capability to handle inquiries, support order follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Customer Focus approach to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on demand and availability
  • Time management and organizational skills to plan daily customer visits, maintain schedules, and complete reporting within deadlines
  • Sales negotiation and closing techniques to convert quotations/inquiries into confirmed orders using basic objection handling
