We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced and visionary Product Owner to drive product success through backlog prioritization, user issue resolution, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be the key link between our clients, stakeholders, and our engineering teams defining clear product specifications, conducting functional and user testing, coordinating with stakeholders, and facilitating Agile/Scrum processes to ensure continuous value delivery.You will be responsible for defining the product vision, curating and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring that every release delivers maximum business value.

Qualification and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BIM, BIT are any relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior work experience as Business Analyst/Product Owner
  • Strong business acumen and good communication skills. 
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive. 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 


Job Description


  • Prioritize and escalate users' issues. Assist engineering and product management with backlog prioritization. 
  • Enable us to continuously ship value through our continuous discovery and delivery process. 
  • Write detailed Product Specifications with clarity and transparency & provide intricate details using UML diagram & Wireframe. 
  • Analyze the solution's practicality, feasibility, and desirability. 
  • Conduct functional, exploratory, and user testing as and when the situation persists. 
  • Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors, internal business, DevOps , Support Engineers for addressing application related queries and concerns. 
  • Conduct functional, exploratory and user testing when required 
  • Prepare and conduct training where appropriate, working with the implementation teams to facilitate delivery of product changes to clients 
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum and other software development lifecycle ceremonies 


Required Skills


  • Experience working with APIs and comfortable writing SQL Queries. 
  • Some prior Experience with Product Management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills. 
  • Proven analytical experience related to deliverables and strong consulting skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.  
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas. 
  • Strong technical understanding, capability and willingness to learn and develop skills.
