Job Description
Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential customers to explain products and close sales
- Follow up on inquiries and pending leads regularly
- Maintain a structured lead database and update status consistently
- Guide customers in selecting suitable furniture based on their needs, budget, and space
- Handle incoming calls, social media queries, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, customization, and delivery timelines
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Inform customers about payment schedules, offers, and policies
- Coordinate with the production team regarding order status and customization
- Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery timelines
- Ensure proper documentation of orders and customer details
Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic sales and negotiation ability
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
