Marketing Associate

Location: Banasthali, Kathmandu (On-site)

Work Hours: 6:45 PM - 3:45 AM NPT (Monday to Friday) Night Shift

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Marketing Associate to help us tell our story and connect with our audience. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling written content across various platforms and assisting with broader marketing initiatives. If you love to write and have a passion for engaging customers through words, we're looking for you!

Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for our website, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing materials.
Develop clear, concise, and persuasive copy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Assist in the planning and execution of content marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns.
Support other marketing activities as needed, social media and campaign analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics.
Experience with SEO best practices and strong research skills.
Ability to adapt writing style and tone for different audiences and platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A passion for marketing and storytelling.
