About Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience in Flutter development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in state management, app architecture, and testing. Candidates with experience in Flutter development for Android, iOS, Web, and Windows platforms, as well as responsive design and animations, will be given preference. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, Web, and Windows using Flutter. 
• Implement and manage proper state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. 
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions following best practices for Flutter architecture. 
• Design and implement responsive UI for tablet-friendly designs and multiple platforms. 
• Write and execute unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests to ensure application quality. 
• Create smooth and visually appealing animations to enhance user experience. 
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, optimizing performance for various platforms. 
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure high-quality UI/UX implementation and seamless integration. 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team coding standards and practices. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in Flutter development. 
• Strong knowledge of state management tools such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. 
• Proven experience in developing applications for Android, iOS, Web, and Windows platforms. 
• Proficiency in designing and implementing responsive UI across various device sizes and platforms. 
• Experience with unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing. 
• Hands-on experience with creating custom animations using Flutter’s animation libraries. 
• Familiarity with Flutter architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture. 
• Basic knowledge of Flame (Flutter game engine) is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter projects. 
• Knowledge of Flutter desktop (Windows/Mac) deployment processes. 
• Understanding adaptive design principles for tablets and large-screen devices. 
• Familiarity with Firebase services and backend integration.
