We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Engineering Intern to join our team at K&A Engineering in Lalitpur. Role Expectations
- Develop a secure, centralized AI platform to house all engineering tools, technical standards, and internal resources.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation to allow engineers to query complex manuals using natural language.
- Clean and structure technical data from PDFs, CAD files, and legacy documents for AI ingestion.
- Ensure all AI models and data storage solutions comply with high-security internal protocols.
- Create a unified interface that integrates various engineering calculators and technical tools into one workspace.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the platform provides accurate, hallucination-free technical answers.
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base as new standards and regulations are released.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Strong AI knowledge, specifically in LLM architecture and Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python and working with vector databases for technical data retrieval.
- Ability to build secure, internal AI solutions that protect proprietary engineering standards.
- Skill in converting complex PDFs and technical manuals into structured, searchable data.
- Understanding of data privacy and local deployment to ensure high system security.
