Job Description
Posiiton: HR Officer – Talent Management
Location: Kathmandu

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
Track and monitor ongoing Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases including progress, developments, reviews, and closures.
Monitor and maintain employee appraisal processes including appraisal forms, scoring, evaluations, and database updates.
Coordinate with department heads and supervisors regarding employee performance concerns and follow-ups.
Track and coordinate probation evaluations of employees completing probation periods.
Maintain updated records of employee Job Descriptions (JD) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain performance-related documentation, evaluation records, and confidential employee performance files.
Monitor daily performance dashboards and performance tracking systems.
Support management in implementing performance management frameworks and improvement initiatives.
2. Learning & Development
Coordinate training schedules and learning activities as required.
Identify training needs through appraisal feedback, departmental discussions, and organizational requirements.
Prepare Training Need Identification (TNI) reports and learning recommendations.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training programs for employees.
Support teaching methodology trainings, administrative skills development, leadership development, and employee capability enhancement programs.
Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and learning documentation.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain post-training follow-up records.
3. Employee Engagement & Onboarding
Coordinate employee engagement activities, initiatives, and culture-building programs.
Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for newly joined employees.
Coordinate orientation schedules and induction documentation.
Support initiatives that strengthen employee morale, communication, and organizational culture.
4. Attendance Management
Monitor and maintain daily attendance records of 2 institutions.
Conduct regular attendance reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Prepare, maintain, and update employee duty rosters/shift schedules as required.
Monitor employee leave records and ensure proper reconciliation with attendance data and approved leave applications.
Track overtime (OT) records, verify approvals, and conduct periodic reconciliation.
Qualification
Master’s Degree in any stream with Human Resource Management specialization.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, or HR Operations.
Experience in educational institutions/group organizations preferred.
