Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, supervisors, technicians, and office staff.
  • Coordinate with project managers to assess staffing needs based on project timelines.
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and orientation for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future projects.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture across office and project sites.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Track employee KPIs, provide feedback, and support career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
  • Implement workplace safety and discipline protocols in coordination with project managers.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, leaves, and employee benefits.
  • Identify training needs for technical, safety, and soft skills development.
  • Organize induction programs, safety training, and skill development workshops.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly HR reports on recruitment, attrition, and employee performance.
  • Maintain HR metrics to support management decision-making.
  • Assist management in workforce planning, retention strategies, and talent development.
  • Contribute to building a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and project demands.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in with minimum 5-7 years working experience in MEP or Interior industries.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office.
  • Strong recruitment and onboarding skills for both office and field staff.
  • Ability to implement HR strategies aligned with project timelines and organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Capacity to engage and motivate employees, development a positive workplace culture.
  • Familiarity with MEP operations and technical roles.
  • Experience in employee training, development, and performance appraisal systems.
