Position: Recruitment Team Leader

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Suvidha Assurance Pvt. Ltd., a leading HR and recruitment services company, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join as Recruitment Team Leader.
Position Overview
The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, managing end-to-end hiring processes for clients, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters to meet client hiring targets and deadlines
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting)
- Monitor team performance and recruitment KPIs, and report progress to management
- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/team lead role
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
