Position: Management Information System Officer
Location: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, clean, and map customer data to create a consolidated, accurate customer database within ERP.
Design and maintain customer mapping processes to support segmentation, profiling, and business insights.
Develop and maintain advanced performance reports (e.g., sales, finance, operational KPIs) for management.
Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query, macros, etc.) for in-depth data analysis and reporting.
Work closely with various departments to understand reporting needs and develop tailored MIS solutions.
Customize and configure ERP dashboards to ensure critical data is easily accessible and actionable.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout migration and regular operations.
Provide user training and continuous support to ensure effective adoption of ERP and MIS tools.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and consultants for system improvements and upgrades.
Maintain compliance with company data policies and support backup and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Candidates should possess solid Data Management and Information Management skills.
Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for data interpretation and reporting.
Proficiency with MS Excel, databases, and reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or business intelligence systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work accurately with large data sets, with attention to detail and data integrity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience above 3 years in MIS, data analysis, or business reporting within a commercial or industrial environment is preferred.
