Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance records, leave management systems and other documentation in both digital and physical formats.

  • Prepare and manage employee-related documents such as appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters and official HR correspondence.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures.

  • Coordinate distribution, tracking, and record-keeping of uniforms, ID cards, and safety equipment, in collaboration with vendors and internal departments.

  • Maintain inventory records of HR stationery and ensure availability of required HR supplies.

  • Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.

  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation as required.

  • Verify HR-related invoices, bills, and supporting documents for processing and record-keeping.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specification
  • Education and Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates awaiting only their final result may apply, provided all previous semester/year examinations have been passed.

  • Experiences: Freshers are encouraged to apply

Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of HR functions, administrative processes and fundamental knowledge of labor laws

  • Good communication skills in English and Nepali (written and verbal), along with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Valid driving license and two-wheeler will be an added advantage
