Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bell Boy role based at Himalayan Front by KGH Group in Pokhara. The Bell Boy is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage handling, and escorting guests to and from their rooms. Daily tasks include coordinating with the front desk, responding promptly to guest requests, and providing clear information about hotel facilities and services. The role also involves ensuring lobby and entrance areas are tidy, offering courteous support to guests with transportation and directions, and following hotel safety and service procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and politely with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide courteous, timely, and helpful assistance to all guests.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties skills to support front desk operations, including greeting guests and coordinating requests.
- Candidates should possess Luggage handling skills to safely manage, transport, and store guest belongings with care.
- Candidates should possess Training readiness to learn hotel standards, safety procedures, and service protocols.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle moderate physical activity, including lifting and carrying luggage.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in English and local languages, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
