The Hospitality Professional will welcome guests, support check-in and check-out processes, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest areas, assisting with food and beverage service, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves handling guest inquiries, addressing feedback or concerns, and providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. The Hospitality Professional will work in shifts as required, follow company policies and safety procedures, and actively contribute to a positive, guest-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Knowledge of food & beverage and hospitality service operations, including basic service standards.
- Ability to work in a team, handle busy periods calmly, and adapt to changing guest needs.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or related hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or POS systems is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, reliable work ethic, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
