A professional and friendly team focuses on personalized service, delivering an elevated and authentic lakeside experience where style meets comfort.Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations, including supervising service teams, coordinating restaurant and bar activities, and ensuring smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. The supervisor monitors adherence to service standards, maintains hygiene and safety practices, and supports menu implementation in collaboration with the culinary team. Daily tasks include managing staff schedules, training team members, addressing guest feedback, and supporting inventory control and cost management. The role works closely with hotel leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold the brand’s service culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Food Service operations, including restaurant, bar, and in-room dining procedures.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Service Standards, with the ability to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety in all F&B areas.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Relevant experience in hotel or restaurant food and beverage supervision, preferably in boutique or lifestyle properties.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred; additional F&B certifications are an advantage.
