Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor service operations in assigned area.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer complaints and resolutions.
- Conduct workshop and service audits.
- Monitor service KPIs and performance.
- Coordinate warranty claim processing.
- Train technicians and service staff.
- Support service campaigns and recalls.
- Ensure spare parts availability.
- Prepare service reports and updates.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in automobile after-sales service.
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer handling ability.
- Proficient in MS Office and service management systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
