 Key Responsibilities

● Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from international clients.

● Present, promote, and pitch company services to potential leads across global markets.

● Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

● Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and close deals effectively.

● Maintain accurate records of communication and sales progress using CRM tools.

● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.

● Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.

● Support the sales team with client follow-ups and coordination.

● Stay updated on service offerings and market trends.

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree Completed or Masters running in Management,

Business Administration, or a related field


Experience: 1 to 2 years or Freshers with Good Knowledge of Sales

● Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Mandatory).

● Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

● Comfortable making cold and warm calls to international clients.

● Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

● Prior experience in B2B or international sales is a plus.

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and the MS Office suite.


Other Information

Salary: Gross 25,000 per month + additional incentives

Office Timing: 7 AM to 3 PM

Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu
