Our Client, Fishtail Dairy seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have basic sales and marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in the field independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote company products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Ensure proper product availability and visibility in assigned territories.
  • Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to implement marketing and promotional activities.

Job Specification

  • Minimum qualification: +2 / 12th Pass
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
  • Own vehicle (motorcycle) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
