Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Officer role based in Nepal. The Sales Marketing Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting brand awareness initiatives across various channels. The Sales Marketing Officer will conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to improve sales strategies and marketing plans. Day-to-day tasks will also involve preparing sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the company at events, client meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Marketing and Sales, with the ability to convert leads, close deals, and support revenue growth.
  • Experience in Market Research, including gathering data, analyzing trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing and basic knowledge of digital channels for brand promotion and customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Familiarity with the Nepalese market and local business practices is an advantage.
