This full-time, on-site position in Kathmandu is for a Social Media Content Creator who will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing engaging social media campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating high-quality content, scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and managing the organization’s online presence to effectively engage with the target audience. The role also involves collaborating with the team to align social media initiatives with overall organizational goals, staying updated on social media trends, and engaging actively with followers to foster a strong online community.
- Experience in Social Media Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Campaign Management
- Skills in Graphic Design, Visual Storytelling, and Multimedia Content Production
- Proficiency in Social Media Analytics and Reporting Tools to measure performance and optimize content
- Strong Research skills to stay updated on trends and audience preferences
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and third-party tools for scheduling and engagement
- Excellent Communication, Writing Skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the education consultancy domain or similar industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
