The Admission Officer is responsible for guiding students through the admission process for international education. The role involves counseling students, handling documentation, coordinating with universities, and ensuring successful application submissions.
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (courses, universities, countries).
- Assist students in selecting suitable academic programs based on their profile.
- Guide students through the application and admission process step-by-step.
- Review and verify student documents (academic transcripts, SOPs, LORs, etc.).
- Prepare and submit applications to universities/colleges.
- Coordinate with partner institutions for admission updates and offers.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups.
- Support students in visa documentation and interview preparation.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Management, or related field preferred).
- Prior experience in education consultancy or admissions.
- Strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Good knowledge of international education systems (Australia, New Zealand , etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
- Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
