Job DescriptionMark Formulations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and responsible Production Pharmacists to manage pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at our production facility. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing production staff and labour, and ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing processes in compliance with pharmaceutical standards and safety protocols.
This role requires strong practical knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, production workflow, and team management within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage day-to-day pharmaceutical production activities.
- Handle and manage production labour efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.
- Operate and oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ensure proper utilization, cleaning, and maintenance coordination of production equipment.
- Maintain batch production records and manufacturing documentation.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Ensure adherence to GMP practices and production safety standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements for production efficiency.
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational standards within the production area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
- Must possess a valid registered Pharmacy Council License/Registration Number.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage labour and production teams effectively.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site production environment in Kathmandu.
