Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Graphic Designer cum Social Media Marketer. The role involves designing creative graphics, static & motion contents, and branding materials, as well as developing and executing social media marketing strategies. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, developing visual campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to meet the organization's objectives and engage its target audience effectively.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email, and display advertising).
- Optimize website and content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and maximize visibility.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Generate content that increases engagement, drives traffic, and aligns with brand messaging.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to create engaging, relevant digital assets.
- Manage social media platforms, building engagement and responding to community interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in visual content creation, graphic design - static & motion, and photography skills
- Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, premiere or similar tools
- Social media marketing, digital marketing, and content strategy skills
- Strong creativity and ability to develop visually appealing content and campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools for social media
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field is preferred
