Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Field Sales Coordinator to support the implementation and effective use of our educational system in schools. The coordinator will be assigned specific municipalities or territories and will be responsible for visiting schools within those areas, maintaining relationships with school stakeholders, and ensuring smooth system adoption and usage. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools within assigned municipalities, districts, or territories on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure the effective use of the company's educational system.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers regarding system features and usage.
• Maintain regular communication with school heads, principals, and technical personnel.
• Support schools during system activation and implementation phases.
• Identify issues faced by schools and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and local education stakeholders.
• Monitor system usage and encourage schools to actively utilize the platform.
• Prepare field visit reports and submit regular updates to management.
• Travel within assigned areas as required to support partner schools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.  Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
• Basic technical understanding and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in sales, field coordination, education, or customer support is an advantage.

 Additional Requirements:

• Candidates may be assigned municipalities or districts based on their location and operational needs.
• Extensive travel may be required within the assigned territory, including neighboring municipalities and districts.
• Candidates must possess a valid driving license.

 Note: This is a field-based position that requires regular travel to schools within assigned municipalities and nearby areas. Therefore, possessing a valid driving license and a personal vehicle is mandatory for this role.
