Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing  Manager – Hospitality Sales to expand our presence across Nepal by developing relationships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses. The role is responsible for generating new business, achieving sales targets, managing key client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business relationships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality establishments across Nepal.

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales.

  • Prepare and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and sales performance to identify new product and market opportunities.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular visits and exceptional customer service.

  • Understand clients' operational requirements and recommend suitable hospitality supply solutions.

  • Coordinate and support the timely collection of outstanding receivables from customers.

  • Travel extensively throughout Nepal to develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.

  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analyses for management.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA or Hotel Management graduates will be given preference).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales and Marketing, preferably in the hospitality supply, hotel equipment, FMCG, or related industries.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-motivated with excellent business development and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.

  • Must possess at least valid two-wheeler driving license and own a Vehicle.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Nepal.
