Job Summary
The Channel Sales Incharge is responsible for expanding the company's dealer and project network, achieving sales targets, promoting technical product solutions, and ensuring successful execution of projects. The role requires frequent travel, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to provide technical guidance on the company's product range.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development
- Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners to increase business.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and provide sales support.
Project Sales
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, developers, and project owners.
- Generate new project opportunities and monitor projects from inquiry to completion.
- Follow up on ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Product Knowledge & Technical Support
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Ferrolli Gypsheets, Ramco, Vox, Heritage, and all other company products.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Explain installation methods, system applications, product specifications, and best practices.
- Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements.
Projects Development
- Prepare accurate material estimations and cost calculations.
- Assist customers with product selection and system recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Assign concerned personnel after project deal is final.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical support when required.
- Monitor project progress until successful completion.
Sales & Business Development
- Prepare monthly sales plans and business development strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Travel Requirement
- Travel approximately 15 days per month within Kathmandu Valley.
- Travel approximately 15 days per month to upcountry markets for dealer development, project visits, and customer support.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain an updated database of dealers, sub dealers, resellers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project opportunities.
- Prepare daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and project pipelines in the company's CRM or reporting system.
