Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales/Marketing role located in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu, Nepal. The role involves managing the sales process, engaging with potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and delivering customized training solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting client needs analysis, and presenting our training courses effectively. The role also involves maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct and deliver Training sessions
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the training or education sector is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel for work programs
- Two - wheeler with license
