Job Description
Position: IELTS Teacher / IELTS Instructor
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated IELTS Teacher to teach Chinese students and help them improve their English language skills and IELTS test scores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach IELTS Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
- Prepare lessons and teaching materials according to students’ levels.
- Help students improve their English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Conduct regular practice tests and provide feedback.
- Identify students’ weaknesses and provide individual guidance.
- Teach IELTS exam strategies and time-management techniques.
- Track students’ progress and provide regular performance reports.
- Communicate effectively with students and understand their learning needs.
- Conduct classes online or offline as required.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Previous IELTS teaching experience preferred.
- IELTS teaching experience with Chinese students is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with students from different backgrounds.
- IELTS 7.5+ overall score is preferred.
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification is an advantage.
