Applicants will join a growing, globally connected team dedicated to helping learners achieve their academic goals.Role Description The Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, responsible for overseeing a team that supports students through counseling, admissions, and documentation processes for international education. This role includes planning and distributing daily workloads, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality student service. The Team Manager will coordinate with international partner institutions, manage communication channels, and help resolve operational issues to maintain efficient workflows. They will contribute to process improvement, prepare regular reports for leadership, and uphold company policies and standards of professionalism and transparency. The role also involves collaborating with other departments on marketing activities, events, and outreach initiatives that support student recruitment and engagement.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and operational tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Experience in education consultancy, student counseling, or related fields, ideally with exposure to international education processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address student issues, operational challenges, and partner institution requirements.
- Comfort with basic office software, data management tools, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, maintain high ethical standards, and demonstrate a student-centric mindset.
