Job Description

Premier International IB Continuum School is looking for a friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Admissions Intern to join our Admissions Department.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with parents and students, and supporting the smooth coordination of admissions processes in an international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Admissions Intern, you will:

- Support the preparation, filing, scanning, organizing, and updating of student admission documents and records.

- Assist in preparing admission forms, application checklists, correspondence, and other admissions-related documentation.

- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness, identifying missing or inconsistent data for correction.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date student admission records.

- Handle student, parent, and school information with confidentiality and discretion.

- Welcome prospective parents, students, and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.

- Conduct school tours for prospective families and guests, introducing key facilities, learning spaces, academic programmes, and relevant school information.

- Respond to admissions enquiries with patience, professionalism, and clear communication.

- Support Open Houses, admission events, orientation programmes, and other school activities.

- Assist with day-to-day administrative coordination, data entry, document management, and follow-up activities within the Admissions Department.

- Work collaboratively with admissions, academic, administrative, and other school teams.

- Represent the school positively through professional communication, conduct, and interactions with prospective families.

- Follow school policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards at all times.

- Take initiative, learn quickly, and support the Admissions team wherever required.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor's degree or students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree will be preferred.

- Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.

- Good computer skills, particularly MS Office and Google Workspace.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.

- A pleasant, confident, approachable, and welcoming personality.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- The ability to interact professionally with parents, students, visitors, and colleagues.

- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.

- Previous experience in admissions, front desk, customer service, administration, or a school environment will be an advantage.
