Job Description
Our client, a growing Toy Showroom, is looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused individual to join their team.
Location: Dhumbarahi Pipalbot, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and provide a positive showroom experience
• Handle sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Clearly explain products, features, prices, and offers to customers
• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Manage and update social media pages
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
