Role Description The Personal Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The Personal Assistant will support senior leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing daily work activities. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, preparing and maintaining documents, arranging appointments with students and partner institutions, and assisting with basic office administration. The role also involves maintaining records, ensuring timely follow-ups, and providing logistical support for internal and external meetings and events. The Personal Assistant will work closely with management to ensure efficient time management, smooth communication, and well-organized operations.
Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance skills, including task prioritization, time management, and proactive support to leadership.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document handling.
  • Excellent Communication skills for professional interaction with students, colleagues, and international partners.
  • Proficient Diary Management skills to organize calendars, schedule appointments, and manage daily activities.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office administration.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu with a high level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets); prior experience in education consultancy or customer service is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
