Global Dreams operates its head office in Putalisadak, Kathmandu, Nepal, with branch offices in Gujarat and Haryana, India.Role Description The Documentation Officer for Manpower Office will oversee and manage all documentation processes related to workers and client applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. This full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu involves preparing, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining records for admissions, visas, and other manpower-related procedures in line with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The Documentation Officer will coordinate with visa teams to collect required information, verify documents, and track application progress. The role also includes liaising with external stakeholders and authorities as needed, responding to documentation queries, and supporting continuous improvement of document workflows and templates.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Documentation and Document Management to handle, organize, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Export and Export Documentation to ensure compliance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in manpower, education consultancy, or administrative roles is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software and digital record-keeping tools are preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
