The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel and appointments. The role involves handling correspondence, preparing documents and reports, maintaining records, and coordinating internal and external communications. The Executive Personal Assistant will help prioritize tasks for executives, ensure timely follow-ups, and support day-to-day office operations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can maintain confidentiality and represent the organization with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including organizing tasks, managing priorities, and supporting executives in daily activities.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as handling correspondence, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and travel.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional interaction with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, scheduling, and follow-up on appointments and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including record keeping, data entry, file management, and basic office administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets); familiarity with digital communication platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an executive support, administrative, or office management role is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is beneficial.
