Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and resilient School Program Coordinator to lead field outreach for our Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) initiative. The primary goal of this role is to secure permissions and schedules from 220 target schools to conduct awareness sessions on menstrual hygiene and distribute/introduce our brand's sanitary pads.
As the face of our brand in schools, you will build relationships with school leaders, secure necessary approvals, and ensure smooth scheduling for our training and outreach team.
Key Responsibilities
- School Outreach & Approvals: Visit target schools daily to present the Menstrual Hygiene Program to School Principals, Administrators, and Trust Management to secure formal permissions.
- Target Achievement: Onboard and confirm participation from a strict quota of 220 schools within the designated campaign timeline.
- Relationship Management: Build trust with key educational stakeholders and address any sensitivities or hesitations surrounding menstrual health discussions in school settings.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate dates and time slots between school administration and our session facilitators/trainers to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Data & Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate daily logs of school visits, contacts, permission statuses, and scheduled session dates in our CRM/tracking spreadsheet.
- Local Administration Liaison: Assist in obtaining necessary local educational department permits or NOCs (No Objection Certificates) if required by district protocols.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Primary Metric: 220 schools fully onboarded with signed consent/permission forms.
- Efficiency: Daily quota of school visits and permission conversion rate.
- Accuracy: Complete and error-free submission of school documentation and schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, NGO/CSR outreach, institutional liaison, or school-level community mobilization.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, persuasive, and interpersonal communication skills in local languages (and English).
- Field-Ready: Willingness to travel daily to visit local public and private schools across the assigned territory.
- Sensitivity & Pitching: Ability to discuss Menstrual Health and Hygiene (MHM) professionally, confidently, and respectfully.
- Organization: Strong time-management and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle with a valid driver's license (allowance provided).
- Prior experience working directly with school administration or educational trust boards is a major plus.
