HR Manager – Campa ColaRole Purpose
The HR Manager – Campa Cola will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Campa Cola business, partnering closely with the Business Head and senior leadership to drive the people strategy in line with business objectives. The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end HR agenda, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, engages, and retains high-performing talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
This position requires a commercially minded HR professional with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage change, and support the rapid growth of the Campa Cola business.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Act as the HR SPOC for the Campa Cola business across all functions.
- Partner with the Business Head and leadership team to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in leadership reviews and business planning discussions, providing people insights and recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key business and leadership roles.
- Build talent pipelines to support business expansion and growth.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience.
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Partner with managers to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and organizational culture.
- Implement employee recognition, wellness, and engagement programs.
- Identify capability gaps and facilitate learning interventions aligned with business needs.
- Support leadership capability building and career development initiatives.
- Build positive employee relations by proactively addressing employee concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage disciplinary matters and grievance handling with fairness and confidentiality.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to business leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
- Support business transformation, organizational restructuring, and change initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and business agility.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, food & beverage, consumer products, or manufacturing organizations is preferred.
