Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage and oversee the company's human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, records management, payroll support, attendance and leave tracking, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Develop and maintain positive employee relations and address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee-related information.
Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and staff development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation for management review.
Coordinate with different departments to address HR and administrative requirements.
Handle other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Specification
Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
Good understanding of payroll support, attendance, and leave management.
Knowledge of applicable labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and record-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
