- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure documents are complete and up to date.
- Process employee clearances by coordinating with internal departments and tracking status to closure.
- Manage leave requests, approvals, and attendance inputs to keep leave balances accurate.
- Prepare and maintain leave balance statements and support queries from employees and supervisors.
- Support HR administration for onboarding and offboarding, including collecting forms and verifying documentation.
- Coordinate routine HR reporting (headcount, leave summaries, and status trackers) for internal review.
- Support taxation and statutory-related HR documentation by compiling required employee/ledger inputs accurately.

- HR Knowledge — practical understanding of core HR processes including onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance.
- Clearance Process — experience supporting employee clearance workflows, document verification, and tracking closure status.
- Leave Balance — ability to calculate and update leave balances correctly using company rules and attendance inputs.
- Taxation — working understanding of HR-related taxation support work (data compilation, documentation readiness, and submission support).
- SSF — familiarity with SSF-related documentation/processes and ability to maintain accurate employee records for compliance.
- Education — bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience — minimum 6 months of HR assistant or HR operations support experience, preferably in a distribution or corporate services environment.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to HRMS/attendance systems used for leave and employee record management.
- Basic knowledge of payroll support workflows and statutory compliance documentation.
