Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Sr. Interior Designer with strong on-site execution experience to oversee interior projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3+ years of hands-on site experience in interior works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities
- Ensure project execution as per design drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, العمال (workers), and vendors
- Maintain quality control of materials and workmanship
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion
- Resolve on-site issues and report updates to project manager
- Ensure safety standards are followed at site
- Take site measurements and assist in BOQ verification when required.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior site supervision
- Strong knowledge of interior works (civil, finishing, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans
- Good coordination and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site and manage teams
